What I worked on.

1. 01

   Team Plan across web and backend

   I designed and built Team Plan across the product surface and backend: shared tasks and calendars, invitations, member roles, permissions, ownership transfer, shared day views, and cross-platform synchronization.

2. 02

   Web app launch

   I owned the Lifestack Web frontend through launch and shipped production-ready experiences that supported a #4 Product of the Day finish on Product Hunt.

3. 03

   Seven calendar and task integrations

   I delivered integrations for Apple Reminders, Apple Calendar, Todoist, TickTick, Notion, ClickUp, and Google Tasks. I implemented the native Apple integrations with React Native and handled duplicate-reminder and recurring-task edge cases.

4. 04

   Near-real-time sync

   I engineered sync with provider webhooks, Cloud Functions, scheduled jobs, Firestore transactions, and SSE updates so task and calendar changes stayed consistent across providers and clients.

5. 05

   Recurring task reliability

   I made recurring tasks advance to the next occurrence after completion while preserving completion history and preventing sync loops from creating duplicate tasks.

6. 06

   Scheduling interactions

   I worked on drag-and-drop scheduling so date changes felt instant in the UI and still saved atomically through Firestore transactions.

7. 07

   Signed Mac releases

   I built and maintained the macOS Electron app and set up GitHub Actions plus Google Cloud workflows for signed release builds.
